Recently FOAC has obtained the Washington, D.C. law firm of Perkins Coie, LLP. A Petition for a Writ of Certiorari has been filed with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to review the judgement in this case .
Our Mission

The Friends of Amador County is a Limited Liability Corporation formed to educate the public and elected officials regarding federal and state laws and regulations applicable to Indian Gaming in California.

Thousands of Amador County citizens voted an overwhelming 85% majority on Measure I – NO MORE GAMING OPERATIONS IN THE COUNTY.

Our group has rallied to this cause for 10 years. Join us today and keep our community safe. 100% of donations goes toward legal costs to fight more casinos in Amador County.

The Friends of Amador County is committed to insuring that federal and state elected officials and employees of federal and state regulatory agencies with authority over Indian Gaming in California are made aware of violations of said laws and regulations as they pertain to Amador County.

Further, the Friends of Amador County is committed to insuring, by whatever legal means possible, that all federal and state elected officials or employees are held strictly accountable for any and all violations of those laws and regulations.
